Slane is Maine’s premier U2 tribute band, dedicated to capturing the heart, sound, and spirit of a real U2 concert experience. We’re not just covering songs—we’re filling a gap. Despite U2’s decades-long touring legacy, they’ve never performed in Maine. That’s always felt like a missing piece to us. So we started Slane to bring that electric energy home.

Named after the legendary Slane Castle—where U2 recorded The Unforgettable Fire and famously performed to a sea of Irish fans—we aim to channel that same magic here in New England. From the soaring anthems to the raw emotion of their deep cuts, we deliver a show that speaks to both casual listeners and lifelong U2 devotees.

Our setlists span the full arc of U2’s career, and we approach each performance with attention to sonic detail, emotional authenticity, and a genuine love for the music. Whether it’s a packed outdoor festival, a cozy club, or a special acoustic set, we tailor each show to fit the moment—and always leave it all on the stage.

Based in Maine, but with hearts set on the open road, we’re eager to share our tribute far and wide—including with our neighbors to the west and north.
